Rift Column: Dragon Cults Part 2

Today, Rift takes a new look at Dragon Cults that reside in Telara. The Storm-Legion, the Abyssal and the Golden-Maw are beneath the microscope. Find out further about the notorious of Telara in this latest feature about Rift.

The Abyssal is the primary Dragon Cult which is the cult committed to the Akylios. Akylios is the spirit of secrets and magic. A woman was the leader of Abyssal and in spite of running-away; she found a boat and rowed-out to sea, where Akylios wants to hang-out. Then she decided to reply to the call of Akylios. She was clearly touched-in the head.

So this woman joined to her legs and leaped into the ocean. She was pulled-down into the depths, but rather than imploding from the force, she notices herself in the existence of god and the Akylios.
Harsh.
But on the positive part, she selected as the head of the Abyssal. Thus there is that. The Abyssal are the tough dragon-cult to recognize. The new cults all goes out by fire. But the Abyssal do not looks linked with that type of thing. 
The Abyssal is not so much organized like other cults. They have units guided by “Tidelords” and also work mutually to free Akylios under the depths.

Next-up is The Golden-Maw
The Golden-Maw is the Dragon-Cult of Laethys, are looks-like every solo rapper. They be fond of the bling and love it. They love money, ownership, greed, and jewels plus the silver and gold. These things are craved by the Laethys, thus same with cult. Members of the Golden-Maw have been bought-off all main peoples. Well, they would be able to do if they live on Telara. The glutton is also greeting in the Golden-Maw.
But these men are not happy and jealous with neighbor. Gluttony, jealousy, these are all features that Laethys supports in her followers. They have meeting with all influential politicians and estate riches. And when they taste caviar and gulp fifty years old wine in the shoe of a gold painted courtesan and think about how the wealth and power can be seize more.

Unlike Abyssal, the Golden-Maw has a main structure for its followers. Acolytes are needed to overcome the boots. And the just a way to rise-up power is to accumulate their own wealth.
The last Dragon-Cult is the Storm-Legion. The entrance of Storm Legion is very short. This is a type of fitting, as the Storm-Legion is the sect of Crucia (dragon of air). She was intelligence-chief of the Dragon-Gods. While they first attacked Telara, the Crucia was a hive-mind that controlled all armies, all following their queen.

The Storm Legion carries-out the determination of Crucia. Her cult is so indecisive and will ends up on a hat. They perform what they are ordered, knowing their acts, are part of design to free the Brood mother.
And here we have this. It’s for all time good to recognize who you are fighting, do not you believe? Now you recognize just what they stand-for as you cut-off their hands and take them in the ground.
